Brittney Enin: Self-Care Consultant

I am a #BlackWomxnMagical Alumni from UC Berkeley, having majored in Public Health and minored in African-American Studies. During my 5 years at Cal, I was able to THRIVE when I started radically caring for my well-being in a world that could care less about my existence as a low-income, Black, invisibly disabled womxn. I recognized that I cannot do the social justice work I aspire to do in the world if I first do not care for myself. See my full story here.

I care deeply for the well-being of people made vulnerable by social oppression who are trying to make the world a better place; I am called to be in a role to help heal the healers. Therefore, I want to spread the importance of taking care of one's well-being and help those invested in endeavors to make the world better reflect on what it is they need to be their best selves. I do so by giving consultation on how to cultivate dynamic ways of acting on a platform of self-compassion and radical self-love in day to day life.
